Toshiba Machine and EPF will show at K2019 the latest innovative solutions for plastic moulding: the ECSXIII injection moulding machines, evolution of the previous ECSXII series.
Full electric and versatile, they are characterized by a tapered frame, a significantly increased injection speed and new features, making them ideal for molding various components, from the automotive sector, aerospace, medical, packaging and food&beverage.
EPF, with its industrial automation division will present turnkey technology solutions flexible and modular, integrated and automated, designed according to customer needs and applied to the world of moulding according to integration and interconnection standards. There will also be showed the new V70 controller, which represents the evolution of the V50, but more simple and intuitive in the use and great support for companies in the within of Industry 4.0. Visitors can view a polymer application loaded with metal flakes on the stand for printing a tool that promotes paintingless production using the EC100SXIII-2A machine. The latter will be equipped with a laser engraving system that will ensure the marking and traceability of each piece. Next to this, an innovative silicone moulding solution will be presented, set up by EPF for an automotive application, led headlamp optic, consisting of a Toshiba Machine EC50SXIII-1A machine. The industrial vision system of the entire application, advanced 2D and 3D for piece quality control, is entirely designed and supplied by EPF.
