EPF since 1961
Today, as in the past, the developing of innovative, reliable and sustainable solutions is EPF’s main goal.
EPF was founded in Carrù, a quaint town at the doorstep of the Langhe, and specialises in the fields of industrial automation, renewable energy and plastic injection molding on national and international scale as well.
Over the years, EPF has expanded into three different business units, each operating in one of the sectors mentioned above and each made of highly specialised technicians. EPF AUTOMATION, the original business unit, handles projects related to industrial automation, EPF ENERGY deals with the realisation of renewable energy power plants and EPF PLASTIC provides plastic injection molding plants. Because of its strong involvement in the field of industrial technology, EPF has become the official distributor and service partner of Shibaura Machine, global leader for production of plastic injection molding machines.

The desire to build a future of technological progress, combined with the ability to remain faithfully linked to its history and values, has allowed EPF to engage in business on the international market. EPF’s headquarters is settled in Carrù, and currently we have three branches globally: EPF PLASTIC in Casei Gerola (province of Pavia, Italy), one branch office in León (Mexico) and one in Tirana (Albania).
GREEN HEADQUARTERS
In 2010, EPF’s headquarters in Carrù was entirely rebuilt and expanded, all reconstruction and renovation project was carried out following the principles of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. As a result, all EPF’s electricity and heating energy needs are now covered by a technologically advanced solar power system.
Features such as the vertical garden inside the building and the climbing plants covering the front side were incorporated to create a welcoming environment and spreading the message that EPF has a ‘green heart’ and actively works towards building a sustainable future.
