Supata® is a turnkey solution, designed and assembled internally.

From its commissioning at the customer’s site, EPF ensures 24/7 assistance for the mechanical, electrical, and software aspects.

Specifically, the flexibility of this solution allows us to:

  • Provide remote assistance, speeding up intervention times and allowing access to the panel/HMI. Remote connection enables the technician to view the screen of the remote device in real-time and take control of the device to resolve issues and perform other activities.
  • Perform remote loading of a new recipe or the change of an existing one.
  • Webcam option on the machine for better issue resolution and practical assistance to the operator.

The goal is to provide our customers with a comprehensive technical service to train and support operators in the use of the smart feeder.
