Home page - Storia Europrogetti & Finanza was created in 1995, on invitation by the Italian Government, from Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and some other primary banks. A technical-financial service company specialized in providing advisory services for a more efficient use of the public, national and European, financial resources and of other market resources to support public/private initiatives for the social-economic enhancement of the territory.

QiREF was created in 2008 from the business idea of some managers and of the Arcotecnica & WTP Group, with the aim of creating an independent advisory & asset management service company in the real estate sector.

In November 2009, QiREF acquired the advisory division of Europrogetti & Finanza with a contextual merger and changed its name to “Europrogetti & Finanza - Advisory and Real Estate”, a new company able to provide a full range of services in the technical-financial advisory and real estate management for the Public Administration and for national and international private operators (real estate and industrial companies, real estate investment funds and financial institutions).
